The present application discloses a kind of compounds represented by the general formula(I) and their pharmaceutical salts or hydrates, which have the effect of inhibiting the phosphorylation of Smad proteins by TGF-ß receptor ALK5. The substituents of general formula(I) define as the description. The present application also discloses the preparation methods of the compounds represented by the general formula(I), compositions comprising the above compounds or their pharmaceutical salts or hydrates, the uses of the above compounds or their pharmaceutical salts or hydrates in producing medicines. The said medicines are used for treating disease of mammal caused by ALK5 receptor, inhibiting the signal of TGF-ß in vivo of mammal, or inhibiting the production of intercellular substance in vivo of mammal.
