<p>A bubbling lance assembling machine with an easier exchange process which shortens working hour and reduces load of a worker by reducing separating and assembling processes of a head part and a lance during the lance exchange operation, and prevents safety accidents from being generated during exchange and moving of the lance by solidly maintaining the clamping state of the lance and an assembly machine is provided. In a lance used in the refining of molten steel contained in a ladle, and an assembly machine of the lance, a bubbling lance with an easier exchange process and an assembly machine of the lance comprises: an assembly machine(1) comprising a guide(3) vertically reciprocated by a motor and a speed reducer, and an assembly plate(5) formed on a front portion of the guide; and a lance(9) comprising a body(17) having a connecting coupling(11) formed on an upper portion of the gas line thereof and connected to a gas valve, a gas line(13) formed on an upper portion thereof to transfer an injected gas, and a gas injection nozzle(15) formed on a lower portion thereof to inject a transferred gas, and an inserting plate(19) formed on an outer periphery of the gas line.</p> |
