<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to operate access control/disclosure setting to each of video contents. <P>SOLUTION: Information indicating the viewing situation of video contents in a network including a video content transmission source and a reproduction terminal for receiving and reproducing video contents transmitted from the relevant transmission source is collected and that collected information is stored (S32).
