PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle, and a seat for a boat, capable of securing favorable ride comfort. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 10 is provided with a first cushion member 41 of urethane, covered with a seat surface 40, and a second cushion member 42 of thermoplastic elastomer, disposed between the first cushion member 41 and a bottom plate 43. The first cushion member 41 has thickness size t1, and the second cushion member 42 has thickness size t2, then t1<t2, and 5 mm≤t1≤30 mm, 20 mm≤t2≤50 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
