The platform has grid-like running plates (141), which are laid over a cavity, where the running plates are prefabricated as precast concrete parts. The concrete parts are provided with reinforcement above a centre of a thickness of the running plate. The reinforcement covers a pipe system for conveying a heat-transfer medium, where the pipe system is laid in horizontal loops within the plates. Feed-and-return connection units of the pipe system are arranged at same point on the plates.
