<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method by which planting pots in which vegetation seedlings are housed are simply and easily driven into the planting ground, and the vegetation seedlings are simply and easily planted into the planting pots. <P>SOLUTION: The greening method comprises forming a weedproof/vegetation mat 10 to be laid over the planting ground using nonwoven cloth coarse so as to allow roots from a creeping shoot 1a extending on the mat to pass through while suppressing germination and/or growth of weeds through the undersurface of the mat. The planting pot 11 driven into the planting ground from above the mat 10 is provided with a plurality of openings 15a, 15b at the peripheral surface and the bottom surface of a container 14 where a tapered planting hollow 13 is formed, a driven-in pin-shaped part 16 at the lower edge of the container 14, and a flange part 12 at the upper edge of the container. At the flange part, the periphery of the planting pot to be driven into the ground comes in contact with the ground. The vegetation seedlings raised in culture soil whose shape is made retainable in advance in the seedling pots fit to the shape of the planting hollow 13 are set in the planting hollow 13 to be vegetated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
