PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer for raising lawn raising a strong and healthy lawn without using a chemical fertilizer and to provide a method for raising the lawn. SOLUTION: The fertilizer for the lawn uses an effective organic fertilizer instead of the chemical fertilizer and sufficiently exhibits effect by spraying directly and in which at least an artificial zeolite, a poultry manure, a rice bran ground product, a wood chip (banyan or Japanese cedar) and sand are mixed to a culture soil. In the raising method of the lawn, the fertilizer for raising lawn is subjected to a grain size regulation treatment so that the grain size is≤3 mm, and the fertilizer is directly sprayed to the lawn and water is poured.
