PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder granule sprinkling method and device, which weighs powder granules supplied from a powder granule feeder in a fixed-quantity, and sprays them against an object for sprinkling such as a sheet and a vessel uniformly to pressure-bond. SOLUTION: The powder granule sprinkling method comprises the step of throwing the powder granules into a sprinkling partition 1A having adhesiveness of the object for sprinkling 1, of giving oscillations to the object for sprinkling 1, of spreading the powder granules inside the sprinkling partition 1A all over the sprinkling partition 1A, and of pressure-bond the powder granules inside the sprinkling partition 1A to the object for sprinkling 1 by pressure bonding means 60, 80.
