The handle has a tensile bar with a tensioning region and a tension rod, and a gripping region for holding and pulling tools or instruments, which runs perpendicular to the tensile bar. A holder plate accommodates the tensioning region. The holder plate has a border region encompassing side edges of the tensioning region, where the handle together with the holder plate forms a receiving channel (5) for accommodating the instruments. The gripping region is implemented semi-elliptical with two flexible side walls.
