PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white organic electroluminescence element having a good element performance in terms of efficiency. SOLUTION: This white organic electroluminescence element contains a polymer material as a charge transport material or a luminescence material, and comprises at least two stacked emission layers emitting lights with different colors where at least one of the emission layers serves as a bridged layer and emits the white light as a whole. Preferably, this white organic electroluminescence element demands that at least one of the bridged emission layers is adjacent to at least one of the nonbridged emission layers.
