A lock pin for a tray opening and closing implement of an optical disc drive is provided to be prevented from being opened by a repeated operational shock. One end of a fixing member(240) is installed in a main body(200) of an optical disc drive. A rotary pin member(220) is rotatably installed in the other end of the fixing member(240). A coil spring(250) is installed in the main body(200) of the optical disc drive to push the rotary pin member(220) to an upper side. A stopper limits that the rotary pin member(220) is rotated to the upper side by the coil spring(250).
