<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure fuel injection accumulator distributor (common rail) for an automobile, which greatly increases reliability of components, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the high pressure fuel injection accumulator distributor for the automobile having a holder for pipe attachment to which pipes to injection nozzles are attached welded and bonded to a rail main body by liquid phase diffusion bonding or the like, the rail main body includes a cylindrical guide groove including an outer circumference wall having internal thread worked on a holder bonding position, and the holder has a concentric two stage cylindrical outer shape having a stage part which becomes a shoulder part formed in a middle. A reinforcement screw member including an inner surface shape rotatably externally fitted on the holder and including an external thread part threadedly engaging with the internal thread of the guide groove of the rail main body is externally fitted on the holder, and compression stress is applied to the welding bonded surface of the guide groove bottom surface of the rail main body with the holder by fastening of the reinforcement screw member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
