<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device detecting vibrations of a tie rod axial force or a force acting around a vehicle underbody, and further precisely determining the traveling state of a vehicle on the basis of a vibration level of a specified frequency range. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle control device comprises means S1, 2 detecting a force added on a wheel A on a time series, a filtering means S3 filtering ingredients of the predetermined frequency range of the force detected on the time series, and a determination means S5 determining the traveling state of the vehicle from a result whether the filtered ingredient is larger than a predetermined standard value or not, and controls the action of the vehicle according to the determined traveling state. The vehicle control device comprises a means 1 computing the frequency characteristic of the force S1, 2 detected on the time series (S2), and computing the frequency range and the standard value on the basis of the computed frequency characteristic, and a renewing means 1 renewing the frequency range filtered by the filtering means S3 and the standard value of the determination means 1 from the computed frequency range and the standard value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
