PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for lining a pipeline, by which a smooth and uniform paint layer is held in the pipeline without collapsing paint since a flat tape is slid on a large area on the paint layer even when a pipeline net has a bent part bent at a predetermined angle. SOLUTION: The flat tape 11 is slid on the large area on the paint layer 9a in the curved part 6E even when the pipeline net 6 has the bent part 6E bent at the predetermined angle. As a result, a high-quality coating film can be secured while holding the smooth and uniform paint layer 9a without collapsing the paint 9, wrinkles of paint 9 can be smoothed and the smooth and uniform paint layer 9a can be attained.
