<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that ensures a long lifetime and formation of an image of high image quality by preventing sticking of carrier, damage of a cleaning blade, and so on. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a condition detecting means for detecting an environmental condition or a printing condition.
