PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device provided with a power feed transmission line which can receive power supply with low loss, and has a simple manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Using a single sheet metal and a predetermined die; the sheet metal of a frame type loop antenna device is gouged out and formed by coupling a loop antenna element 10, an impedance converter 18, and a pair of line conductors 11, 12 for a power feed transmission line. Then the sheet metal after the gouging process is folded so that the loop antenna element 10, the impedance converter 18, and the pair of line conductors 11, 12 can be formed. The pair of ground conductors 11, 12 are a microstrip line including a strip conductor 11A, and a ground conductor 12A provided oppositely thereto and having a width larger than that of the strip conductor 11A.
