A mounting apparatus for a height adjustable assembly is provided to reduce a working time by simultaneously performing a nut member connection and an assembly height control. A mounting apparatus for an assembly having an adjustable height includes a nut member(100), a hold unit(200), and a bolt unit(300). The nut member has a pitch tab in a center of a hexagonal type body and a plurality of elastic uneven parts to applying tension to each hexagonal peripheral plane inwardly. The hold unit includes a through-hole(210) penetrating the bolt unit, a nut fixation shaft(220) connecting the nut member to a shaft, and an uneven protrusion(230) which is radially formed in a circumference of the through hole. The bolt unit is vertically formed on an object to be assembled as a base.
