PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an onboard equipment capable of properly performing admission or restriction of the actuation of the equipment installed on the side of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The controller of the onboard equipment is composed of a signal generation part 1 to generate a signal to admit or restrict the actuation of the equipment X installed on the side with vehicle, a first transmission part 2 installed on a vehicle seat 9 and forwarding the signal to the occupant 4 seated on the vehicle seat 9, and a second transmission part 31 installed on the side with the equipment X, receiving the signal through the physical body of the occupant 4, and able to admit or restrict the actuation of the equipment.
