PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell voltage monitoring system capable of visually recognizing an abnormality of a cell. SOLUTION: The cell voltage monitoring system for displaying an operation state of a plurality of capacitor modules 6 to which a plurality of cells c are connected in series, comprises: a cell voltage detecting circuit for detecting a cell voltage of each cell c; a capacitor module board for transmitting data of the cell voltage of each cell c; and a monitor 3 which acquires the data of the cell voltage transmitted from the capacitor module board and carries out a graphic display thereof.
