PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device capable of easily confirming the position on an appearance image corresponding to a fluoroscopic image of animation display. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device is equipped with: an optical camera 16 fixed to an X-ray detector 12 in the vicinity of the light detecting surface thereof, and photographing the optical image of a measuring target in a visual field wider than the fluoroscopic X-ray image due to an X-ray detector; a stage 14 on which the measuring target is placed; a drive mechanism 15 for adjusting the relative position of an X-ray measuring optical system with the stage; an X-ray image forming part 31; an optical camera image forming part 32; a synchronous image relating part 33 for relating the fluoroscopic X-ray image, the X-ray image of an optical image and an optical camera image, all of which are photographed at the same time, as synchronous images; a marker applied optical camera image forming part 34 for forming a marker applied optical camera image to which an X-ray photographing position marker is applied; a synchronous image memory part 35 for storing the marker applied optical camera image and the related X-ray image; and a display control part 36 for displaying the marker applied optical image and the X-ray image on a display device at the same time.
