The invention consists in producing a circuit consisting of a resistor, of a capacitor in series with the resistor, and of a diode in parallel with the capacitor, by using one of the two filling sheets of a multi-layer capacitor as a substrate or protection cavity for the resistor and one of the two filling sheets as a substrate or cavity for the diode. The advantage of the component obtained is that it is put in place of and instead of the capacitor, and that it includes only three external connections instead of the six required by installation of discrete components. The invention also relates to a method of simultaneous manufacture of several components of the preceding type, for which the three connections have a specific form. The component is particularly beneficial in the civil and military avionics fields. <IMAGE> |
