PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door device with a step which is reliably and rapidly moved to a developing position when a door is opened. SOLUTION: The door device 30 has a door 13 turned around a hinge, and a step 32 provided below the door 13. The step 32 is moved from the storage position to the developing position outward of a vehicle interlockingly with the opening of the door 13. The step 32 is urged outward of the vehicle by a torsion coil spring 33 as an elastic member. An engagement member 90 is provided at the lower end of the door 13. The engagement member 90 extends downward from the door 13, and presses a receiving part 60a of the upper part of the step 32 inward of the vehicle while the step 32 is at a storage position and the door 13 is closed. The engagement member 90 has a suppression plate 91 fixed to the lower part of the door 13, and a leaf spring member 92 mounted on the suppression plate 91, and presses the receiving part 60a of the step 32 inward of the vehicle via the leaf spring member 92.
