PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide players with the information out of a large amount of information to meet the needs of the players efficiently and in a quickly understandable manner while providing them with information intended by a game parlor. SOLUTION: The information providing device which is installed in a game parlor and capable of transmitting and receiving data through a game machine installed in the game parlor and a communication circuit is provided with a memory means for storing many pieces of strategic information useful for the players in the execution of games on the game machine to be transmitted to the game machine in which a prescribed image is displayed on a display means, an extraction means which extracts one piece of strategic information from those in the memory means when prescribed requirements are met and an information providing device side transmitting means which transmits the one piece of strategic information extracted by the extraction means to the game machine.
