PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest bush which prevents a headrest 2 from disengaging from a seat back 1 unless an intentional action to disengage the headrest 2 from the seat back 1 is applied, and a vehicle seat including the same. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat has a seat back portion and a headrest portion. The headrest portion has a headrest body, a headrest stay for supporting the headrest body, and a headrest bush with the inserted headrest stay. The headrest bush has a locking mechanism for preventing disengagement of the stay from the headrest bush, and an unlocking mechanism having a button for releasing the locking mechanism and a case storing the button and having an opening for operating the button.
