PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a history management device which is convenient for a user for distributing history data by simple processing. SOLUTION: Processors 301a to 301c are respectively provided with history parts 302a to 302c for storing a history and history analyzing parts 303a to 303c for analyzing the history. The processors 301a to 301c output history distribution documents 305a to 305c including history data, and a user is able to browse it by a general browser 307. The history distribution documents 305a to 305c respectively include a hyper-link for tracing the previous status of the document so that it is possible for the user to trace processing performed by each processor 301a to 301c, and to confirm the history.
