PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever mechanism for relaxing the limit of the mounting of parts and a mechanism for automatically recognizing that the housing of the lever mechanism is completed, and for displaying it. SOLUTION: A lever 201 clamps a protrusion 101 formed at an electronic package 1 in a groove 202 formed at the lever. This protrusion 101 is formed with a chevron-shaped through-groove 100, and a lever rotary shaft 301 is moved along the through-groove 100 of the protrusion 101 according as the electronic package 1 is inserted or extracted. When inserting the electronic package 1 into a rack-shaped housing part, the rotary shaft 301 of the lever is moved to a terminal part 103 of the through-groove 100, and, when the electronic package 1 is normally housed, the rotary shaft 301 is disposed at a terminal part 105 of the through-groove 100.
