The connector has a gripping head (4) enclosing a supply cable (2), and a contact carrier. Retaining bushes (5, 6) are arranged on the contact carrier and have internal and external threads. A retainer (11) is arranged at the outer periphery of each retaining bush for inserting a workpiece e.g. screw driver head, such that the retaining bushes are screwed with a bush (9) of a counter plug-in connector (3).
