A display device is provided to apply the pressure in a combining process to a mold frame and to support the mold frame by a receiving container. A backlight unit(30) irradiates the light beam toward the rear of an LCD panel(10). A receiving container(80) has a bottom surface formed in parallel to the LCD panel and a container sidewall curved upwardly from the bottom surface and for forming a receiving space. The backlight unit is received to the receiving space. A mold frame(25) is formed along the edge of the LCD panel and has a frame supported by the container sidewall and a mold sidewall curved downwardly. An upper cover(90) covers the receiving container and has a front member having a display window and a cover side member curved downwardly from the front member. A hooking member and a protrusion receiving member arranged at the circumference of the hooking member are formed at the cover side member. A protrusion(24) is formed at the mold sidewall and received to the protrusion receiving member.
