An attaching apparatus of a fan surface member for a folding fan is provided to mass-produce the folding fan, to reduce a production cost, and to satisfy supply with respect to demand of the folding fan by reducing an attaching time of the fan surface member. The attaching apparatus includes: plural fan rib bodies(14) loaded in a loading box(16); an index table(22) formed in a disk shape and having plural fan rib expanding jigs(24) and a receiving groove(26); a fan rib expanding groove(34) formed on the edge of the fan rib expanding jig; an interval distributor(36) for expanding plural fan ribs on the fan rib expanding jig; an adhesive roller(30) for spreading an adhesive on the lower side of the fan ribs; a control plate(44) for controlling the upper side of the fan ribs in spreading the adhesive; a fan surface member(40) loaded in a loading box(42), and attached to the fan ribs on which the adhesive is spread; and a compress plate(46) for pressing the upper side of the fan surface member for secure attachment of the fan surface member.
