PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool storage device capable of raising workability in loading/unloading a ladder, etc. SOLUTION: The device comprises: pairs of front and rear upper arms 3 and lower arms 4 rotatably attached to the load box 101 of a vehicle; a link body 5 constituting a parallel link with both the arms 3, 4; a support base 6 which is rotatably attached to the distal end of the upper arms 3 and erected by abutment onto the link body 5 when the upper arms 3 are rotated to be lower than a horizontal position; an abutment member 7 for inclining the support base 6 toward a vehicle body side by abutment onto the support base 6 when the upper arms 3 are rotated to be upper than the horizontal position; and an arm driving device 8.
