PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device capable of controlling an installation space by improving the external appearance. SOLUTION: A first screwing section 41 of a valve boss section 33 and a second screwing section 43 of an operating lever 34 having a screw-shape reverse to the first screwing section 41 are connected with a first shaft screwing section 45 of a linear intermediate shaft 35 and a second shaft screwing section 46. The operating lever 34 curved only by rotating and thrusting the intermediate shaft 35 in one direction can be also coaxially connected to the valve boss section 33, the external appearance can be improved, at the same time, there is no projection to the side in a connection part of the valve boss section 33 with the operating lever 34, and the installation space can be controlled.
