PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming means by which a corrugated fin structure the cross-sectional shape of which is approximately rectangular and which has a waviness in the longitudinal direction is obtained by a simple operation. SOLUTION: By using the first, second and third corrugated blades as an upper die which is a male die in a pair of male and female dies of a press forming apparatus and the first, second and third die grooves as a lower die which is a female die corresponding to the male die, press-forming with the first, second and third corrugated blades and the first, second and third die grooves is applied to a raw material composed of a metallic sheet which is fed progressively through a feed mechanism.
