<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser printer capable of certainly removing curling nature even over various kinds of recording sheets. <P>SOLUTION: In such a state that a distance of a rotation center of a first driven roller 41 arranged on an upstream side in a conveying direction and a rotation center of an intermediate conveying roller 40 is made constant, a second driven roller 42 arranged on a downstream side in the conveying direction is displaced. Therefore, since a contact surface pressure of the first driven roller 41 and the intermediate conveying roller 40 can be retained at the approximately constant pressure, the recording sheet can be sufficiently clamped while previously preventing generation of damage on the recording sheet.
