PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition in which scattering of asbestos is prevented even after elapsing for prescribed period and scattering of internal asbestos can be prevented even when surface asbestos is released. SOLUTION: The emulsion composition comprises resin particles having≤0°C glass transition temperature and an anionic and/or cationic emulsifier and optionally an adhesiveness-imparting agent. The emulsion composition comprises, preferably, 0.5-10 pts.wt. emulsifier and 3-40 pts.wt. adhesiveness-imparting agent based on 100 pts.wt. resin particles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
