PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic material having excellent hue originated from ultramarine blue and sense of stable applicability without roughness in the water-containing makeup cosmetic material. SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic material comprises 0.01-30 mass% of (a) flaky glass in which ultramarine blue particles are dispersed, 0.1-30 mass% of (b) film forming agent and (c) water.
