PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating brush quickly heated with a low electric power. SOLUTION: This electric heating brush is provided with multiple projections 14 projecting from a base part. This brush is further provided with a material 15 generating heat by energization. The projections 14 themselves are formed heatable by the material 15. The material 15 is preferably provided at least the tip part of the projection. This brush has projections non-generating heat as well as the heating projections and preferably the non-heating projection is formed longer than the heating projection. Preferably, the heating projection group may be disposed in a central area and non-heating projection group is disposed in the circumferential area surrounding the central area.
