FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: heart valve can be used in cardiac surgery for substitution of natural heart valves. Prosthetic appliance has ring-shaped case, gates which are capable of turn and of forming basic area of pass section along center of opening incase, and gates' turn restrictors. Gates' turn restrictors have to be two pairs of protrusions disposed at edge surface of case, which surface is turned to descendent blood flow. Protrusions have guide surfaces at opposite sides, which guide surfaces interact with corresponding support surfaces of side surface of hates when gates change from pen to closed position. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of artificial heart valve. ^ 13 cl, 15 dwg |
