The invention concerns industrial production of building materials, and can be used in the production of concrete and reinforced concrete structures. In the building structure, which comprises mineralcementing agent, filling material, water and powder-like additive containing Lignopan B1, and the said additive contains in addition sodium thiosulfate and/or aluminium sulfate at the following ratio of components thereof, % by weight: Lignopan B1 89-95, sodium thiosulfate and/or aluminium sulfate 5-11, with the ratio of components of building structure, kg/m3: mineral cementing agent 250-600, filling material 1050-1900, water 120-300, at that content of said additive is of 0.25-0.45 % by weight of mineral cementing agent mass. The building structure can contain Portland cement or slag Portland cement, lime-siliceous cementing material or gypsum-cement puzzolane cementing agent as mineral agent. It can contain quartz sand with fineness module of 2-3; crushed stone of fraction of 5-40 mm or 5-20 mm and quartz sand with fineness module of 2.0-3.0 at a ratio of 1.4:2.0 as filling agent. Powder additive for the building composition contains, % by weight: Lignopan B1 89-95, sodium thiosulfate and/or aluminium sulfate of 5-11. Building composition water impermeability at reduced cement consumption is provided, and also hanging-forming at articles and structures made from the applied building structure is provided.
