A portable printer is provided to improve the image quality by accurately printing images by controlling a printing speed for a transferring speed of a print medium. A portable printer includes a body(10), a supporting rod(30), a connection part, a print module(20), a transfer roller(13), and a guide part. The supporting rod is rotatably installed on the body and forms a printing space(22) through which a print medium passes with the body. The connection part is formed on one side of the body. The supporting rod is hinged with the connection part. The print module, the transfer roller, and the guide part are installed beneath the body. The print module is elastically supported downward by at least one or more elastic unit(21) for printing an image on the print medium. The transfer roller is adjacent to the print module, is located upward from a print direction of the print medium, and is rotatably supported on the body.
