Provided is a composition comprising plant extract, especially an extract of Brassica campestris subsp. napus var. nippo-oleifera., which shows excellent skin elasticity improving effect, has collagen biosynthesis effect without causing any toxicity or irritation during the human safety test so as to be usefully used for improving skin wrinkle. The cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkle comprises an extract of Brassica campestris subsp. napus var. nippo-oleifera. In the composition, the extract is an ethanol extract of Brassica campestris subsp. napus var. nippo-oleifera and the dried content thereof regarding the total weight of the composition is 0.0001-10.0 wt.%. The cosmetic composition is in the form of nutritive cream, astringent, skin, essence, nutritive gel or massage cream.
