HEAT EXCHANGER FOR TRANSMISSION OIL OF VEHICLE AND PROCESS OF THE SAME

A heat exchanger for oiling a transmission of a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify the structure of the heat exchanger and reduce the number of parts by forming a radiator tank and a heat exchange pipe of a synthetic resin and integrally forming the radiator tank and the heat exchanger pipe simply. A heat exchanger for oiling a transmission of a vehicle includes a radiator tank(10) and a heat exchange tank(20). An inlet pipe(12) and an outlet pipe(14) are formed in the radiator tank. The inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are separated by a predetermined interval. The heat exchange pipe is installed in the interior of the radiator tank and communicates the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe with each other. The radiator tank and the heat exchange pipe are formed of a synthetic resin. The inlet pipe forms an introduction passage though which oil can be introduced into the heat exchanger pipe. The outlet pipe forms a discharge pipe through which the oil is discharged from the heat exchange pipe. Male screw threads are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe.
