The method for dental caries prevention in children is carried out by the oral administration of the D3 vitamin and calcium preparations. The Ostebios is prescribed in age of 4-7 and 14-17 years one time in a year before the administration of D3 vitamin and calcium preparations. This drug is oral administered by drops amount of which is equal to the child age, thrice a day the 30 mines before meals or through one hour after meals for 14 days. Then it is additionally administered in the same amount thrice a day the 30 mines before meals or through one hour after meals for 14 days jointly with the D3 vitamin and calcium preparations.
