Air distributor is arranged as parallelepiped, connecting branch pipe is installed on the roof of primary pressure chamber, distribution wall is placed in vertical position and in parallel to end walls. In the primary pressure chamber air-impermeable pyramidal element is installed, its top is placed at the middle of the rib formed by roof and end wall of the primary pressure chamber, and the base is triangle placed at the bottom of the primary pressure chamber, with the tops being lower tops of end wall and middle of the base of inner distribution wall. Outer walls of primary chamber are arranged air impermeable. At least one outer face wall of secondary chamber is air-permeable.
