SDH NETWORK, AND METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSMITTING DATA IN SDH NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain synchronizing digital hierarchy(SDH) network which can cope with a signal in a high band by including the processing of the route over head of a data signal in the conversion of the data signal so as to maintain the maintainability of route overhead information. SOLUTION: The conversion of the data signal includes the processing of the route over head of the data signal so as to maintain the maintainability of route overhead information. In addition, as data are held in a virtual joint information structure body and transferred on a network, the SDH network includes a subordinate card install-constituted so that a signal received in a successively joining form can be convert-processed to a virtual joining form. The managing system of the network manages the transfer of VC-4 virtually connected without requiring any change of a network equipment. Then, individual VC-4 and virtually connected VC-4 are similarly transferred through the SDH network.
