An outer rim(12) of the discus wing is formed at the edge in the shape of a round streamline to reduce air resistance and to prevent persons from getting hurt. A hand hanging rim(13) is formed at the lower end. Plural centrifugal force generating blades(20) are arranged on the inside of the discus wing in a circle form, with centering on the air suction hole.
