摘要 A high contrast thin film reflection type screen is provided to considerably increase contrast ratio from double times to nine times, sharpness and resolution more than double times, brightness more than double times by magnifying a screen pixel unit image signal to a size of a pixel unit. A high contrast thin film reflection type screen(1) comprises a surface layer(2), a transmission layer(3), a diffusion layer(4), and a reflection layer(6). The surface layer forms images irradiated from a projector to one thin structure. The transmission layer transmits a predetermined quantity of an image light. The diffusion layer has a diffusion elements for diffusing light transmitted through the transmission layer. The reflection layer re-reflects the quantity of the light transmitted through the diffusion layer. The high contrast thin film reflection type screen increases the resolution of images in an image pixel of the projector by simultaneously generating a transmission function, a diffusion function, and a reflection function at one screen in duplicate.
