A display device is provided to mount a driving IC(Integrated Circuit) to a circuit substrate with a physical margin, thereby maintaining a small-sized driving IC. A driving IC(110) is mounted to a display panel. A signal processing member(210) is mounted to a circuit substrate and processes the image signal offered from the outside to an image signal for applying the display panel. An interface processes the data communication between the driving IC and the signal processing member. The display panel includes gate lines, data lines crossed with the gate lines and plural TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) formed at the crossing points of the gate lines and data lines. The driving IC includes a gate logic for applying the gate on/off voltage to the gate lines. A data logic applies the data voltage corresponding to the image signal to the data lines. |
