FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with layer-by-layer lancing a patient's abdominal cavity, evacuation of purulent content, drainage of abdominal cavity and that of small pelvic cavity followed by post-surgical therapy. The latter should be carried out due to impulse laser impact. One should affect right-hand iliac area, right- and left-hand mesogastric area and epigastrium region. Impulse laser impact should be fulfilled at impulse sequence frequency being about 5-79 Hz, at radiation power of about 4-15 W, the time for impact per each area being 30-59 or 61-64 sec. The innovation enables to choose individual parameters of laser impact and avoid body sensitization. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex |
