An input circuit of a semiconductor device is provided to control setup/hold time of a data input signal by controlling time for the data input signal to pass an input buffer during an enable period of the input buffer according to the voltage level of a specific bias. A voltage generation part(22) generates a bias voltage having a number of levels in response to a control signal. A differential amplifier(21) generates a data output signal by differential-amplifying the potential of an input data signal and the potential of a reference voltage. A differential amplifier control part(23) controls the driving speed of the differential amplifier in response to the potential of the bias voltage.
