A method for a deep biological purification of wastewater comprises serial purification of wastewater by microflora, fixed on inert loading material, in anaerobic conditions, purification by microflora in aerobic conditions, sedimentation and separation of a flow of purified water. A part of this flow is returned for purification by microflora in anaerobic conditions, and other part is delivered for after-purification by mocroflora fixed to inert loading conditions in aerobic conditions. During purification in anaerobic conditions while wastewater pH achieves a value of 5-4.5, regulation of oxidation-reduction potential is carried out. The purification in aerobic condition before sedimentation is carried out serially by free floating microflora and that fixed on inert loading material. This invention provides optimal conditions of functioning microflora in aerobic conditions, increasing efficiency of a deep biological purification of wastewater.
